Before I can get to work, you will have put in some work. There are two questionnaires (Nutri-Q™) to be filled out. These go more in-depth than something you would find at a doctor's office. Because of this, please set aside some time to fill out the forms; most people can finish the forms in about 30 uninterrupted minutes. After that, you can sit back and wait for your results.
